These terms apply to all quotes and projects of Groef Webdesign (Chamber of Commerce 82878749), hereinafter “the studio”.
1. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days and state a fixed price, the scope of work and a timeline. A project is agreed once accepted in writing (email included).
2. Execution
The studio carries out the work to the best of its ability and craft. The client provides texts, images and access in time. Late delivery may shift the timeline.
3. Additional work
Requests outside the agreed scope are discussed in advance and only carried out after approval, at a price agreed beforehand.
4. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise: 50% on acceptance, 50% on delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Subscriptions (care, findability) are invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled monthly, unless agreed otherwise.
5. Ownership
Once paid in full, the client owns the delivered website and its content. Domain names are registered in the client’s name. Open-source software and fonts used remain under their own licences.
6. Liability
The studio’s liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the project concerned and excludes indirect damage such as lost revenue. The studio is not liable for content supplied by the client.
7. Privacy
Where the studio processes personal data on behalf of the client, a data processing agreement is signed. See also the privacy policy.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of The Hague.
